Chief Operations Officer

A dynamic, passionate and inspiring COO, Manisha brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Victory Offices. Her exceptional leadership, management and vision has continued to propel the company through exponential growth. Overseeing the operational controls, procedures and systems, Manisha is an active COO ensuring that every detail across all Victory Offices locations remains consistent with the 6 star brand. With over 17 years of experience, Manisha ensures the due diligence for every project is carried out effectively, manages all landlord and real estate relationships, and safeguards the overall operations to ensure the growth of the company.

Geoff Hollis

Chief Financial Officer

Geoff has recently spent eight years with a fast growing ASX listed provider of residential accommodation for over 50’s. Geoff is experienced in capital and debt raising along with ongoing investor relations function in addition to other CFO and Company Secretarial experience required for an ASX small cap on a growth journey. Geoff is also a member of Corporate Governance Institute and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

With a background in business and over a 20-year career in ICT George brings with him unique skillset. Focused on compliance and governance, delivering a value proposition to all stakeholders is paramount and a differentiator for Victory Offices. George has been involved with Victory Offices from its inception in 2014 delivering strategic advantage through the optimisation of technology

Fady Said

Company Secretary and Financial Controller

Fady has over 13 years’ experience in accounting and finance heading the finance department for various listed and unlisted companies. He has extensive knowledge in taxation and compliance and is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. He was appointed as Company Secretary in October 2017.
